Terms & Conditions

• Deposit & BookingA 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid within 2–3 days after the event.
• Editing Starts After Full PaymentFor photography and videography, the editing process will begin only after full payment is received.
• Non-Refundable PaymentsPayments are non-refundable. If the client cancels the contract, the deposit is forfeited.
• Additional ServicesAny additional services (extra photographers, videographers, decorations, or extended event hours) will be subject to additional charges.
• ReschedulingSlots once confirmed can only be rescheduled before 15 days of the event. Any changes after this period may require an additional payment.

• Theme & ReferencesClients must provide any theme or reference styles before the event.
• Delivery TimelineFinal photos and videos will be delivered within 2–4 weeks after the event date.
• RevisionsOnce the video is delivered, only one round of revisions is allowed. Changes must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Any revisions after this period will incur additional charges.
• Photobook & FramesThe photobook and frames will be delivered 2–3 weeks after the client selects the final photos.
• Substitute PhotographerIn case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), the photographer may assign a qualified substitute.
• Copyright & UsageThe photographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted a license for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from Events by Layu.
• Limited LiabilityThe photographer is not liable for any loss or damage of photos/videos beyond their control.

• Event Details in AdvanceClients must provide the event date, time, and location for decorations in advance.
• Damage / Theft ResponsibilityClients are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of decoration materials unless dismantled by our team.
• Extra RequestsAdditional costs may be applied for extra decoration requests made after confirmation.
• Limited LiabilityThe team is not liable for any loss or damage beyond their control.

Events by Layu is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. We do our best to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what was agreed upon.

All content on our website, including images, videos, and text, is owned by Events by Layu and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

• No MisuseUsers must not misuse or attempt to harm the website through hacking, scraping, or distributing malicious content.
• Third-Party LinksOur website may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
